I love this time of year. I’d go so far as to say that yesterday was one of my favourite days of the year, because the clocks went back and I got an extra hour in bed.

I get to enjoy the feeling of being a morning person for the next couple of weeks, at least until my body clock adjusts to the time change and I go back to peeling myself out of bed in the mornings.

Until then I’m determined to make the most of the extra hour by squeezing in a run or workout first thing in the morning. What will you do with your extra hour?
