Could this news be enough for me to hand back my Third Space membership card? – not only are luxury gym chain Equinox opening their very first gym outside North America in London but they are doing it at the Rainbow Room – London restaurant where David Bowie performed and Mick Jagger partied.

Equinox will be situated on the 5th floor of the Biba boutique in Kensington – just underneath Kensington Roof Gardens. Equinox in the US have a range of amazing classes that I’ve been jealously reading reviews about, including Speedball (cardio workout with medicine balls), Barre Burn (ballet barre based toning and fat burning workout) and Rockin Models (workout to look like a model to a ROCK soundtrack – this could be my idea of heaven!), so I really hope that some of these classes make it on to the Kensington timetable.
